This is a dedicated CVT transmission oil pan gasket for Nissan JF015E/JF017E/RE0F11A continuously variable transmissions, widely used on Nissan compact and midsize passenger cars. It is a mandatory consumable part for transmission oil drain, CVT filter and valve body maintenance. When disassembling the gearbox oil pan, the old gasket will lose elasticity and cause slow oil seepage, so replacement is required each service. The red silicone strip on the surface fills tiny gaps on the mounting surface after bolt tightening to achieve zero leakage sealing effect. Each gasket undergoes flatness and compression resistance inspection before delivery.

A: Every time you change CVT transmission fluid, replace the internal filter, or disassemble the valve body/oil pan; reused old gaskets easily lead to oil leakage.
Q3: Can I apply extra silicone glue on the gasket?
A: Not recommended. The gasket already has pre-coated red sealing silicone, extra glue may flow into the transmission and block the hydraulic valve or oil circuit.
