1. Factory Scale & Production Capacity
Covering an area of over XX square meters, the production base has 3 modern production workshops, 2 intelligent warehousing centers, and is equipped with multiple automated production lines and precision processing equipment (such as CNC machining centers, high-precision testing instruments, etc.). The annual production capacity of core products can reach XX pieces, among which the daily output of hot-selling model parts exceeds XX pieces, meeting the needs of global customers for small-batch wholesale, large-volume procurement and emergency replenishment.
2. Core Production Capabilities
With more than 10 years of experience in construction machinery parts manufacturing, the factory is proficient in the production processes of parts for mainstream brands such as Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, Sany, XCMG, etc., and can realize the whole-process independent production from raw material processing, precision manufacturing to finished product assembly. We support mass production of standard parts and customized processing of non-standard parts, and can quickly respond to customers' customization needs based on drawings, samples or part numbers, with the customization cycle shortened to 7-15 working days.
3. Quality Control System
We have established a full-link quality inspection process of "raw materials - production - finished products": raw materials are all high-quality steel, rubber and other materials that meet industry standards, and a professional testing team conducts physical and chemical performance testing on each batch of raw materials; SPC statistical process control is adopted in the production process, and multiple quality control points are set for key processes; before leaving the factory, finished products must pass more than 10 testing items including dimensional accuracy testing, wear resistance and pressure resistance testing, compatibility verification, ensuring the product qualification rate is over 99.8%. All products leaving the factory are accompanied by quality inspection reports.
4. Compliance & Certifications
The factory strictly complies with ISO 9001 quality management system standards, some core products have passed international certifications such as CE and RoHS, the production process meets environmental protection requirements, and it has the compliance qualifications for exporting to the world. At the same time, a complete production traceability system has been established, and each batch of products can trace the raw material source, production process and testing records through the production batch number, making customers' procurement more assured.
