This 4W0152 rear crankshaft main oil seal is mounted inside the flywheel housing of CAT 3304 engine, sealing the tail end of the crankshaft. Leaking rear main seal will cause engine oil dripping onto the clutch or flywheel assembly, leading to clutch slipping and oil waste. It must be replaced when splitting the engine crankcase or overhauling the power assembly.
