Product Description

This wet cylinder liner is the core cylinder body protective component of CAT C18 heavy-duty diesel engine, widely matched on CAT large excavators, mining trucks, marine main propulsion engines and stationary generator sets. It forms the combustion working cavity together with piston, cylinder head and valves.

Scratched inner wall, elliptical deformation or water seal groove damage of old liners will lead to coolant entering crankcase, engine power decline, abnormal knocking and serious overhaul faults. It is a must-replace part during full engine disassembly and overhaul.
