Product Description
This 163-2478 valve stem oil seal is the original replacement sealing part for CAT C18 heavy-duty diesel engine. A full overhaul set requires 24 pieces to match the 4 valves of each of the 6 cylinders.
The product adopts imported fluororubber raw material with built-in stainless steel garter spring, which can keep continuous radial pressure on the valve stem during high-speed reciprocating movement, block engine oil from flowing down into the cylinder for combustion, and eliminate blue exhaust smoke, excessive oil consumption and carbon deposit accumulation caused by aging or hardening of old seals.
It is a mandatory replacement part when disassembling cylinder head, repairing valve group or solving engine oil burning failure for CAT C18 and C15 engines.
