This connecting rod adopts one-piece hot forging integral forming process, with thickened rod body and reinforced I-beam structure. It can bear ultra-high impact load and explosion pressure during long-hour heavy mining and marine operation, effectively avoiding bending, fracture and permanent deformation faults.

Made of high-strength alloy steel with overall quenching and tempering heat treatment. The material features excellent tensile resistance, fatigue resistance and wear resistance, adapting to harsh mine, offshore and continuous running generator working environments, greatly extending service life.

All connecting rods are manufactured strictly per original factory OEM specifications with high-precision CNC boring and milling. Every small end bushing hole, big end bearing hole and bolt mounting position fully fits CAT C27, C32, C27-1 engines. No grinding or modification required during installation, realizing seamless assembly and zero assembly error.

The small end is pre-installed with wear-resistant copper bush, and the big end adopts split high-load bearing bush matching structure. The inner hole is precisely ground to form uniform lubricating oil film, effectively reducing friction loss between piston pin and crankshaft journal, preventing shaft holding and burning tile failure.
